General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1: Scope of application

The present general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the site " www.bijou-murano.com ".

Is considered as "customer" any natural person or legal entity carrying out an order through the site.
Article 2: Order

Any order placed on the site "www.bijou-murano.com" implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 3 : price

The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping and handling costs of your order.

The price of the articles can be modified at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.
Article 4 : payment

The prices of the products present on the site " " www.bijou-murano.com " are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order.

The customer makes the payment by any means or system of purchase offered on the site. The secure online payment by credit card has all the security guarantees. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport on the network.

Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa).

The payment will be considered effective only on the date of collection by the company SunTradition of the sums due by the customer. In the event of a payment incident for any reason whatsoever, SunTradition reserves the right to suspend the customer's access to the reserved area of the site.

For payments made online by credit card, the invoice can be viewed and edited during the transaction from the menu of the site "www.bijou-murano.com".

Payment by bank cheque is only possible for cheques in euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France.

The cheque will be cashed before the order is shipped.
Article 5 : delivery

Delivery is made to the address you indicated when you placed your order and is provided by the carrier proposed when ordering.

Once the carrier has taken charge of your order, you will be delivered to your home according to the terms and deadlines of the chosen carrier.

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises and SunTradition is not responsible for the time taken by the carrier to send you the package.

At any time, thanks to the number that will be communicated to you by Suntradition, you will be able to follow your order.

If you have any doubts about the condition of the package at the time of delivery, you are responsible for any reservations you may have with the carrier.

Shipments to Metropolitan France/Monaco

    Colissimo Expert: 48h delivery, with insurance and tracking number, against signature.

International shipments/DOM-TOM

    Colissimo International Expert against signature.
    Colissimo International.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the articles.
Article 6: conditions of return and refund

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order to exercise your "right of withdrawal".

Reimbursement will be made only after receipt and verification of the package in our premises, the product must be returned in a condition that allows its resale .

In case of exchange, the product must be returned in a state allowing its resale.

The return costs will be at your expense.

If you receive a damaged package, you must make a reservation upon receipt of the package with the carrier.

We remind you that to return an item, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Follow the following procedure:

        - Login to your account page on the merchant site.
    - On the home page of your account, click on Order History and Details to view your orders.
    - In the order line that contains the product you want to return, click on details.
    - In the order details, check the box of the products you want to return.
    - In the quantity box, indicate how many products you wish to return.
    - In the box Return goods, indicate the reason for returning the products.
    - Click on Generate a Return.
